this date is now passed but did you know it was

"leave a zuccini on your next door neighbours porch  " day ,

needless to say, I will leave a few of zuccini recipes that I had anyway so as to keep up with those who didnt know about that lovely vegetable!  

me : I love them stuffed whole [minus seeds]with breadcrumbs and herbs and eggs - perhaps a little cheese  or whole white onions at the top . baked to perfection, in foil- in oven so it will not fall apart .what could be nicer for you folk that have them in usa  right now.

me ?   I am looking for next season  and I can indulge in my favorite stuffed vegetable .or baby courgettes .medium  sliced  - rolled in egg and fried  in oil. or dry fry which is best . skin on too .
