For the BBQ.  Char Grilled Turkey Legs   10-turkey legs  1/4-cup vegetable oil or olive oil  4-tbsp lime juice  1-tsp chili powder  1/2-tsp garlic powder  2-tsp salt    2-to 3-dashes of matakana sauce[ n.z. sauce -gourmet] mix all ingreds. for marinade, wash and dry turkey ,  take one of those baking bags ,stack legs in so they  are as compact as can get , pour in marinade and  try to push all air from bag , tie it up and refrigerate  over nite, fix a good charcoal fire , when it burns  down and is ready ,,take a stick or something and  move the coals to the outer edge of your grill ,  leaving a space in the center , place legs in a circle  like a wagon wheel , big end out , over fire ,  you need a med hot fire and can cook legs about  30 to 40 min. turning and basting with marinade.
