Dijon Salad Red Potatoes - served hot or cold as you want. 1lb potatoes red skinned pref. Dijon honey dressing . sea salt & fresh ground pepper optional fresh cilantro . DIRECTIONS: Place whole potatoes into a saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until just tender. Drain, and cut potatoes into quarters.
