 to our "new growth spurt of members'

for this 2007 year .

So nice to see so many lovely emails and

messages that are on the pages now .

as usual you may add recipes or take them ,

but its always nice to see another[s] left .

makes life more interesting to see what others

eat in their part of the world.

in our part of the world its not cold nor snowing ,

but a regular heat of over 29 C+  most days for me it

is well over into the 30's . I like the heat

but it doesn't like me . I feel like a wrung out towel .

even after the ice has gone . ....to keep me cool !
