Hello and welcome to our weight loss and exercise page in here we can place our good days our bad days in our fight for the everlasting fight on flab.

Any tips tricks you know that might help and recipes anything to encourage us to stay with it wil be appreciated.

If you just need to place your thoughts in if you are having a bad eating day, placing it down on paper often helps...it takes your mind off from whats going on.
