 RECIPES

Please use this page to share with us all your favorite recipes. Be it a childhood memory recipe, mom's favorite recipe, grandmas secret recipe or one you found at a reknowned restaurant. Salads, soups, sandwiches, light meals, full course meals, etc.... No  recipe is too weird.....make it ethnic in nature....simple or extravagant as need be.

Caesar Salad

Here is my recipe for Caesar Salad.  Hope you enjoy it.

Caesar Salad

1 head Romaine lettuce
4 cloves garlic, minced (or diced or mashed or whatever)
3 tbsp vegie oil (I use Canola)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 egg
2 or 3 shakes of Tobasco sauce
2 or 3 shakes of Watsdishere sauce (worchestershire)
2 or 3 grains of salt (or more if you're so inclined)
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients except lettuce in a shaker and shake
until well mixed.
Break lettuce into bite sized pieces and put it into a bowl.
I find that a wooden bowl works well.  Pour the sauce over
the lettuce and toss to coat.  Add parmesean cheese to taste and croutons if tolerated. Fresh parmasean is delicious. Enjoy
