Crust
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
mix all ingredients until it becomes thick, press in 9x13 in pan, bake 350F until golden brown ...Let cool.
Topping
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup white powdered sugar
12 oz cool whip (whipped topping)
2 cans cherry pie filling or other kind of fruit
Mix cream cheese , sugar,and cool whip.Beat until thick and fluffy
Spread on top of crust
Top with Pie filling.
This was given to me by a friend and it does look to be good. We could use lemon or blueberry or strawberrie pie filling even.
