This recipe was passed down over the years from my Grandmother who was England born LOL Now since it has arrived to me there are many variations of it you can incorporate to taste! Go with it and enjoy....
Peel, cube and cook as many potatoes as you need to feed your crowd.
Prepare other ingreadients while they cook.
several hard boiled eggs
green onions aka spring onions
dill pickles, sliced and made into small cubes...now these can be substituted with canned peas and carrots or radishes...depends on your individual taste buds.
mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
mix all together
chill
sprinkle paprika on top
serve cold with hamburgers, alone or as a side dish
Great for backyard BBQ's.
