I know you are always thinking up new awards to make. Have you ever had a section on "Best Manager Award" - "Best Asst. Mgr. Award" -

"Most Active Member Award" (that probably is member of the month but it sounds different:) )  I think they have always been under Special Request Awards - but you could make it another whole line of regular requests....I'm sure I could probably come up with some more if you are interested. All of your awards are wonderful and special - hey how about a contest for the best new award idea??? With as many members as you have I'm sure you'd get a bunch and all probably great ideas to boot~ just a thought or two!
