compromise at any level~

yesterday while i and a co worker was minding b side, a customer after finishing her
purchases, grabed some bags and made mention:I will need some. I was dumbfounded, then co worker said to me to look the other way, as though nothing happened. I made mention to one of our csm this am about the incident, asked who told me to look the other way, to me is a compromise.I mention the name, now i am guessing i am not poplar with the peoplegreeter....I just simply observe , do my job, and when it does not feel right, I will ask csm of anything if and when it seems not right....as Christians, we ought not to compromise, Christ never did, so why should we?

Love sissa~

I don't understand what is wrong with the scenario Sissa?

The customer who finished her shopping, then while she is grabbing some bags and said" I need some", and walked out with them. My co worker said to me" to look the other way, as though nothing has happen".To me and to many Born Again Christian Believers, to look the other way is a compromise. Before any person at Wal Mart is hired, they have been reminded not to compromise....

I had asked customer service manager or csm, of the incident, she asked for the name, i made menion...now i am guessing i am not popular cause I simply observe, do my job, and when something does not seem right, its best to inform csm of the matter.By the way its all recorded on tape.

Love sissa~

You were quite right Sissa. Your co-worker wanted to make you an acomplice to theft, but you refused. A christian can't  condone wrongdoing (sin). Bob Wood
