the ex brother in law had left message last thurs. he is trying to gain custody of my 2 daughters, although i have sole custody.It had been his mission to get custody from the beginning.I had filed for a forced divorced on nov 11th 2005 after the ex pulled a knife on my youngest one and i.It took 7 police officers to have him removed from the old house. If I file for restraining order against the ex brother in law, i would have to disclose our address thus puts us in greater risk of having them come and find out our location. its like i am between a rock and a hard place. now i feel like walking on rice paper not knowing if the brother in law has found our address, he did my lifeline phone.....uptight mama~ |

sissa..i will pray for your situation.. let him file....do not worry. Your children look old enough to make their own decision. In New york I believe it is fourteen I do not know about Alaska. Do not let fear and intimidation take over..Oh by the way do your children have pepper spray or a loud screamer? They also try to bankrupt you by bringing you to court. Jesus will not let this happen... I have been keeping you in prayer due to seeing that you are missing in action here and I got like a blinking light that said urgency...It is easier said than done but try not to let the enemy throw you off... Be strong and of good courage...Go to Joshua 1:9 and repeat it out loud to yourself... |

Lord we ask that you put a protective hedge about Sissa and send your angels round about her house. Use this oppurnity to show your strength and power still reigns against the enemy. Let your peace reign in the hearts of Sissa and her family in Jesus name we pray. Amen. |

The pastor of the skyline 4square church said"do not entertain the enemy" by returning thr phone call.I have not called back as I am doing our best to keep awau from the ex and the ex brother in law. I begin my work from 630 am to 3 pm now. We have snow up in our chugach mountians.All still is clear down here though.Each fall season in south central alaska, while its raining down here, its snowing up in the chugach mountians. your pastor is absolutely correct.. Do not take the same routes to work if you can help it.... I was stalked from December until March...the guy was always watching me and I never saw him....if you stay in a routine it is easier for others to map your movement...Jesus will take care of them.... Will the girls be home alone? or will you be home before them? Hey the guy that tried to kill me fleed to alaska....someone told me he died...had found a wife there that had a baby..She is in California somwhere...Lost track of him..I tried to get into the papers up ther on-line to see if he did die...Do you know a way to check it out...for me to go online that is....? |

Sissa Unless he called you on a cell phone, he may already have your physical address. Anybody can get that information on a listed land-line from www.anywho.com by typing in the telephone number and doing a reverse search. You might try your number and see if it shows up online. If it does, you should go ahead and file the restraining order. Make sure you tell your girls that they are not to have contact with that person, as well. I'd get copies of a picture of him and have it pasted into thier files at school to make sure that everyone knows that he is not to have access to them while they are at school. Show their bus drivers, PE teachers, friends and friends' parents, anybody and everybody that might be trusted to care for your children when you are not there. |

Ok I am convinced, I will go to the manistrate judge to place the restraining order against the brother in law and the ex husband. Strange thing though even if i have sole custody, and that the ex is verbly abusive, they allowed supervisoed visits which i am still not for. My daughters and I had been doing our best to avoid the dad altogether. And the ex bro in law is asking for visit sometime soon. I have not returned the call at all but his cell is on my list of misses calls~ mama still edgy~ sissa~ |

how old is your daughter...can she speak to the Judge when you go for restraint...First I am serious...how long before the police arrive....Do not go if it will take them too long...the restraint will help if you have no physical threat....can he hurt you? I know he has...also go see..if you can a womans abuse advocate.... |

he has not found our place of residence as yet.He knows what type of car we drive, and have to wait for letter from bank to have the ex's name removed at the dmv proving its paid off,then we would be able to find a good used one. The part i need to purchase price is 852.77 while they can sell it to me at 682.22 then the labor of 125.00 per hour~ am doing my best to make sure its safe to drive for the new user, as the ex brother in law knows our current model~ love sissa~ |

I am waiting paitently to bring my youngest daughter up to our family friend's house after she gets off of school tommorow.Sometime sat she will have supervised visit with the ex husband~he is a reg sex offender as I had found out during the divorce hearing, the free attorny and the defense had just learnded of this as well.Its one of the reason I have sole custody of my daughters. While she is visiting, i will be working my c pod at work. I also learned that my eldest has not spoken to her uncle as yet.Somehow my cell was found out.Have not changed it. oh no warm fluses or hot flash, not sure what it is yet~ love sissa~ |

youngest one asked me if he has alzimers, he thinks he had not seen her in 5 years, while it was one year. love sissa~ he is still verbly abusive and we do our best to keep away from him |
