Must We Attend Church To Maintain Salvation?

NO.

But I believe if we're saved we will attend church, EXCEPT I recognize there are sometimes extraordinary circumstances.

Some people are physically unable to attend.

Some people can't stand the rock 'n' roll music.

Some people can't stand perverted Bible versions.

Lastly and most importantly, you do not MAINTAIN salvation.  It was bought BY CHRIST and you cannot EARN IT and you cannot MAINTAIN IT.  Salvation is not self-performance; it is Christ-performance.  It is not your obedience, it is "by the obedience of one man were many made righteous".

I'm not talking about working your way to heaven either. It is Christ who saves but we must allow Him to save us. Those that save their life (style) will lose it. those who lose thier life (die to self will) will save it. We have an obligation to surrender our will and allow Jesus to have control to bring forth fruit of the Spirit in our lives that we may be transformed into His image.
We cannot accept Christ one day and the next simply just do whatever we want. We are not our own we are bought with a price. We are supposed to become servants of God and have felolowship with His sufferings. Those that have suffered in the flesh are free from sin. In other words those that have died to self and submitted to God are being led by the Spirit and nolonger do their own will. If you mortify the deads of the flesh through the Spirit then you have a crown stored up in heaven awaiting you.

Falling away from grace does not mean loss of salvation but loss of belief in salvation by grace and substituting belief in salvation by works instead, which is essentially what most here have done.

It is impossible to lose eternal life, else it would be called temporary life.

IF you have actually accepted Christ and IF God has birthed you anew with the second birth you can do anything you want to BECAUSE WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO DO IS TO DO RIGHTEOUSNESS.

If you want to live in sin, I greatly doubt you have EVER been saved.

Eternal life doesn't begin til you reached heaven. Be sure that all on this Earth will die.

Not according to the Lord Jesus.

He said if I believe on Him I have eternal life NOW and the apostles said the same.

And so shall we, for flesh and blood does not inherit heaven but only our spirit-man, which never dies if it is born again.

Do you think Judas kept his eternal life or lost it?

I have never believed Judas was born-again;
Never believed he was saved;
Never believed he had eternal life.

The Lord Jesus knew who would betray him before he chose him to be a disciple and he said of Judas that it were better for him had he never been born.

That doesn't sound like something someone would say about a person who was saved.  In fact, being the wise and kind God that God is, had Judas ever been saved, that would have been the kind moment for God to give Judas a massive heart attack and take him to heaven, since God does not will anyone to perish in hell.

No, the fact is Judas was never saved, so he did not lose eternal life.  He never gained it.

I think you may have difficulty with the English language.  Anything that is ADDED to you is a gain; that which is SUBTRACTED is a loss.  If someone gives me a house, it is a gain.  When I pay taxes on the house, the taxes are a loss.

I gained eternal life when Christ gave it to me 30 some odd years ago.

Every gift God has given me has been gain to me.

"It was for me He died;
Jesus the Crucified.
He suffered, bled and died
For all my sin."

I have read ince long ago that Judas Iscariot was the devils man, put in the inner  circle of the disciples by Satan to defeat Christs redemption. Jesus said " Have I not chosen you, and one of you is a devil?" Bob Wood

Well mr wonder,YOU SAID:
"No one can repent UNLESS they believe"
YOU ALSO SAID:
If one believes they are saved.
According to your ERROR theology,JUDAS HAD TO BE SAVED!No way he could NOT have been because JUDAS REPENTED!WHICH MEANS JUDAS BELIEVED!WHICH MEANS JUDAS according to YOUR DOCRINE WAS SAVED!
No way around it YOUR DOCTRINE TEACHES JUDAS WAS SAVED!

No, Joe, I did not say that.  Jesus Christ said that.

What I said is Judas was never saved.

The Lord Jesus said "He that believes on Me HAS EVERLASTING LIFE."  I'm not going to argue with God.  You do that.  Not me.

If you do a Bible study on believe you will find that faith without obediance is unbelief. Believing is obeying.
