James 1:12   Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

Lust, i think is one of mans greatest weaakness....Woman was the hardest for me to overcome and a few other things....  I find if i keep prayed up, life is much better....Before ever leaving the house i ask the Lord to be my strength, its much easier for me to make it through the day when i do this.... 


Watchman nee has a book "the overcoming life" that is great about overcoming sin and how Christ is our strength and we can't help oursleves to sin.... He gives examples for differnt things, "You can't stop some things, but Christ can.."

What ever our hang-ups God knows that we want freedom, but it goes a lot further if you verbalize it to Him cause then He will help you specifically.... Sounds trivial perhaps, but it helps!
