This past weekend was ok til sunday came.I had parked in the back lot near the door, as well as one of our porters did as well on sat.All went well that day. Sunday I parked in same spot again but the intimadator was parked there.As the course of the day went as it always does without any problems.Then the intimadatior kept telling Me to move my car because" The manager will be in".I had been there for about 3 months and i had never seen our manager come in on sunday.He contiuted to say"He will get mad at you".....I would not respond nor listen to him because he is just a co worker, not our supervisor nor manager.Had I responded, the problem would have escalted even futher....
As many of us know that we are to use chain of command within our work places.
Monday came.....the intimadatior had went directy to the manager that day, not the supervisor, he skipped chain of command....may I safely say he went maybe crying to the manager of sunday....monday sometime.I had been minding C pod the entire day....no one came to check on me or my other co worker who also is intimadated clear into the corner, and I took the incitive and wrote a letter come tues morning.
I had writen the letter in the corse of the morning before 9 am....I have the orginal....made 2 copies, one for supervisor and manager....while I clocked out for lunch, the intimadatior and manager seemed to be pals...they did not hear nor seen me come to clock out....
This intimadatior will not show his intimadating spirit with the supervisor nor the manager, he is calm as a butterfly....while they are at work,,,,when they are not at work, he begins to tell me and my co worker and i what to do....he thinks he is supervisor ....he uses his intimadation with my co worker and I....I went to HR this am and relayed the letter and explained from my observations of this person...they said that the manager and the headmanager will"Montior" him.....they will not see his intimadating spirit while the management is at work....they said i would be taking safty classes about this kind of person...I made mention that I had lived with the ex for sixteen years and know better not to respond to the intimadator as it will esculate the problem.....its only a matter of time til something finally happens when he will take his aggression on someone at work.....they also said for me to make a transfer to another place within the company....they move me but the problem is still the intimadator....presently working in the nursing home....i had mention also that the residents, all the nurses are enjoying to come to work at C pod because the way I keep it cleand on a daily bases....not looking forward for work on sunday but the residents need me to be there as well as my daughters.....nor monday either.....
