Upon returning from a brief break of interviews and recaps Rage and Retribution continues with a video promoting the next match between Jake Frost and the Budvision Champion, Leaky Format, after the airing of the video the fans inside the arena as with those watching at home sees the fiberglass cell being lowered. As it stops about mid-way Lily slightly bends under the cell as she enters the ring.
Lily: The following contest is a Waterfalls Match for the Budvision Championship! The rules of this match is to climb the ladder and unhook the title. Every five minutes there will be water falling in from the rafters. And each five minutes it will get hotter. Introducing first the challenger…as Lily introduces Jake the commentary of Mark Hellion and Kristin Holt are heard.
The lights in the arena go out, and a few of them fade up to a deep blue. The Budvision comes to life with white, blue, black, and silver images of Jake Frost and the phrase "Iconic." "Fuck Authority" begins to blare over the house p.a. system, the fans start to cheer as the music hits full blast.
"Let's Go Frosty!"

Blue and white pyros explode from the entryway and runs down the ramp-way, then exploding the turnbuckles with white pyros, and as the smoke starts to clear Jake Frost emerges from the crowd. Kendo stick in hand, he makes his way through, much like the Sandman in his ECW days. The fans are going nuts grabbing his arm and making sure they get on TV. Frost stops to admire a sign that reads "Jake Frost = BUD!" He smiles and points the kendo stick at the fan, and then hops the guard rail, ducks under the cell and slides belly first in the ring. He stands up and flashes the cameras in the arena, video and still alike, his million dollar smile. He places the kendo stick in the corner, and takes off his leather jacket, and waits for the match to begin.
The cameras returns the focus on Lily as Mark and Kristin continues their chit-chat about Jake Frost. Before Lily could speak again she is interrupted by Leaky’s First Cousin, Chilly who has a microphone of his own.
Chilly: I’ll take over from here thank you!
Lily shrugs as she exit’s the ring and walks under the cell. The crowd express their feelings towards Chilly who continues with the introduction of the next challenger in the match.
Chilly: Yes, Yes, Yawl! Your very own dreams and yours too Jake, are most definitely fulfilled. So just do your very own body a favor, get up and get ill as always. Because who you are about to see will remain intact walking into this match. So Jake, Portland, the World…I present to you…The Epitome of Greatness, Your Budvision Champion! Lee Kay Four Mat!
Chilly steps off to the side as the lights dim while the beginning of “Crown Royal�?plays. Pyros erupts as Leaky Format appears on the stage with the Budvision Championship drape across his black and white body suit. He struts cockily to the ring in the mist of the jeers the fans are giving him. The Champ ducks under the cell and slides in the ring. As he hands the referee the belt who attaches it to the hook as it is raised thirteen feet above them. The ref slides out the ring and on the outside of the cell as it finishes lowering.
Mark and Kristin makes a series of comments for the folks at home as the bell rings and the two circle around the ring. The chants for Jake are loud and the boos for Leaky are clear. They do a double collar-lock trying to get the advantage, which went to Jake since he is taller as he tosses Leaky across the ring to a huge cheer. Leaky plays it off and nods at Jake, the Champ then slides out the ring and starts looking for a ladder just as he pulls one out.
Mark: The first set of water just came crashing down upon them!
Kristin: Now I get to see what a wet t-shirt looks like on guys!
Leaky places the ladder on the ring but meets it face first as Jake slide it into Leaky’s face. Jake then sets the ladder up and begins to take the first climb. Leaky recovers in time as Jake is mid-way upon the ladder. Leaky runs into the ladder knocking it down as well as Jake. The two begin to exchange a series of fists, chops, and arm drags only to get soaked again as the next five minutes of water falls.
Leaky whips Jake into the ropes and follows up with a leaky heart breaker. Leaky then lands two consecutive knee shots to Jake’s ribs. Leaky then takes the ladder and drops it on Jake as five more minutes of water falls. Slipping as he gets to his feet left a open for Leaky but the Champ couldn’t capitalize with the wet down because he slip in a puddle of water and Jake responded with a huge clothesline.
Kristin: That should be enough for Jake to win the match!
Mark: Jake is too iconic to remember how to win a match!
Jake goes for the ladder but has a little trouble keeping it balance on the water underneath as Leaky pushes Jake into the ladder. Leaky hit’s a rolling thunder splash on Jake and gets splash for real when more water drops. Leaky lifts Jake who pokes Leaky in the eyes then slides him out of the ring. Jake then follows behind Leaky and tries to drown the Champ’s face first into the water. Leaky barely low blows Jake as the challenger counters by picking the Champ up and tossing him into the glass twice.
Kristin: Looks like Jake is getting extreme for real.
Mark: I still say Leaky’s in control of this match!
More water falls as both men trades a series of reversals and counters with Jake sending Leaky into the turnbuckles. Jake then places the ladder in the front of Leaky and dropkicks the ladder into the Champ. Leaky slumps a little in the corner. Jake quickly gets another ladder as more water falls, hotter, which snaps Leaky out in time to see Jake climbing up the ladder. Leaky quickly shakes the ladder causing Jake to slide down a few steps. Leaky then starts climbing up the other side but stops briefly as more water falls. Both men lets go and falls as the water burned their hands on the all steel ladder. Leaky and Jake again exchange counters and reversals that again saw Jake sending the Champ face first into fiber glass.
Kristin: Leaky is busted open!
Mark: This is one risky match!
Jake gets another ladder from under the ring and uses it as a weapon wailing it upon Leaky’s back. The Leak Guards appears and starts banging on the cell getting Jake’s attention. Just then Captain Anarchy appears as well with some locals and chase the Leak Guards away. The distraction enable Leaky to get back in to the match. Mark and Kristin comments about the performance both men are giving into this first ever match of its kind. With the crowd firmly behind Jake Frost, the Champ, silence them for a brief using the fall of the water as his aide and drop kicks the ladder. Both men and the ladder are down Jake takes off his shirt and shows the hot burn marks Leaky struggles to get up but both men returns back exchanging fists shots while climbing the ladder. As the both gets near the top, water falls, one slips and then the bell rings!
Mark: That was so unbelievable!
Kristin: A risky move indeed!
