MSN Group Restrictions...
for those who are wanting to know how much stuff you can cram into one MSN group.
Group lists are subject to the following restrictions:
Groups can have up to 299 lists.
Item names must contain 1�?3 characters.
Item descriptions can contain 1�?27 characters.
Column titles must contain 1�?0 characters.
Lists can contain up to 15 text columns.
Lists can contain up to 10 number columns.
Lists can contain up to 5 date and time columns.
Groups can have up to 299 message boards.
Messages which originate within the Group can be up to 1 megabyte (MB), including any pictures or attachments (A file, photo, or document that is linked to a message. Everyone who receives the message can receive the attached file.) .
Messages which originate outside the group, such as e-mails, are limited to 50 kilobytes (KB), including any pictures or attachments.
Pictures in messages can be up to 1 MB.
Messages can contain up to 10 attachments per message, not to exceed 1 MB total.
Message boards can contain up to 100,000 messages.
Message board names can contain up to 16 characters.
Message subjects can contain up to 80 characters.
The body of messages can contain up to 32,768 characters.
How many albums can a group have?
There is no set limit to the number of albums a group may have. However, each group's location is limited to a total of 300 pages.
As long as this overall limit is not exceeded, a group can have as many photo albums as its members want.
Photo album titles must contain between 1 and 32 characters.
Photo album descriptions are limited to 256 characters.
