I work very hard, for many hours of my day, making new tags to keep the choice here fresh and varied, but it's been suggested I'm just "churning out junk" as opposed to one or two very special tags just once in a while.  I'm certainly not looking for praise, but if this is the case then I shall have to "take stock" as no one is going to want to request if they feel the goods are "shoddy". Looking forward to any comments ya'll may have..... |  ....Excuse me! but I can't believe someone can say that about your tags.....how dare they!. I think whoever said it may have a case of the green eyed giant ( jealous). I think your tags are lovely and you have a great group here. I've just taken a look at your board and I don't see how you can believe that someone thinks your tags are "shoddy"? Look how many folks love them! It's a darn good thing you are the one making "new and fresh" tags for the group...I'm so slow in making them. I hate that I am slow...but...I spend way too much time on each tag..it's ridiculous! It doesn't even pay off to take that much time. It's just a matter of self confidence (which is none LOL) for me. You should be proud that you are so confident in your work that you know that it looks great and can get it out there! That's what matters. I hope the "1 or 2 tags every once in a while" wasn't me they (whoever) were implying? If it was about this group though and me being the other "main" tagger here.......?? I'm sorry someone has said this to you, but I think you are confident enough in your work not to let it get to you or let it stop what you are doing! Vicki | | OMG! I've been self conscious about my tags....they are pretty much all the same to me....square, framed, maybe some noise, etc...nothing like all those "fancy" ones I guess that are out there with all the scrapkits, embellishments, etc. I've decided....oh well...I'm going to use an image I like...and go from there. There are so many different tastes out there...I don't see how one person can decide what is good or bad...that's ridiculous. I'm glad that it was not someone in this group! Our members are too nice to act like that! Anyway...I'm bleary-eyed...but I just wanted to say that it's a shame this was ever suggested to you and am glad you can say hell with it and continue making those great tags! Thanks girls, yes, things have calmed down again now, unfortunately it wasn't the first time she created havoc and each time it happenes it makes me feel more and more like "throwing the towel in". Last time she caused a huge controversy about a tag I was offering; plastering my Board with message THIS BIG about how I was in violation of TOU etc, etc, In the end I contacted the artist directly and got her written permission. The offer went ahead but the whole affair 'left a bad taste in my mouth' for ages. I thought she had gotten off my case after she lost that round, but NO she came back with all that crap yesterday. I don't know why she's 'got it in for me!, I've never even posted on her board or anything! I don't know her previously from other groups, I'm stumped as to why she has so much venom against me! LOL!) | | btw Vella, I admire your attitude greatly... you have proved "over there" that having an opinion here does not mean you will go back and stir up more drama - as they "predicted" would happen! So I thank you for proving them wrong! Also, before this unsavoury business thankfully dies the death - this is for the "spies": You accused me of trying to hurt a fellow tagger... I would like to point out that I have: 1) Never posted on her board 2) Never requested a tag from her and 3) Been seen to say that I think she does very good work! On the other hand; she attacked my board when I offered "Rhiannon" even though she wasn't requesting it (so why was she trying to cause so much drama???) by saying in 3ft high letters that I was in violation of group rules and putting the group and it's members at risk, by using artwork that was not allowed and also "pay for" art. I had to go to the trouble of contacting the artist, who although not a personal acquaintance of mine is a fellow Wiccan, and she sent me a kind letter giving me the okay (and sounding a little annoyed by what this person had done!) When forwarded to management I was immediately allowed to offer the tag and told to "let it drop and be the bigger person and move on" which I did (even with no word of apology to clear my name... It was she who came back to attack me again and here I am being held up as the instigator!!! Maybe I'll understand your motivation some day! And all this from two people, one of whom I called a friend! It's true that you never really know who is behind the keyboard... The End LOL! | LMAO this thing just won't lie down and die (but at least it's comical now as opposed to irritating!) This person has now requested 5 tags from my new offer.......................GO FIGURE!......................and what is Willow going to do??????!!!!!!
