In Animation shop you have an Optimization Wizard that needs to be set...here are pictures of what that is and what they should be set at...
The first thing you need to do is open Animation Shop and then open up a SINGLE LAYER TUBE...and then you are going to file, scroll down and click on the Optimization Wizard...if you don't have a tube open on your workspace, you won't be able to activate the Optimization Wizard because the optimizer has to have a transparent background image to work with...I hope this helps...
