I streched the M with my objects on my tool bar... the way you do that is after you have your word written out ....and you  have hit apply ...step one...you go to objects at the top of your work space

then step 2...go to convert text to curve  

then step 3 goto ... as character shapes....

then if you look at your layers palette you can see where there is a + sign ...hit that to open up all the text letters and you can go to each letter individually and control each letter separately...you strech ... turn... move each one separately...it is alot of fun you might want to try it with just a name and see how it works...have fun..huggs Bearlie
