I heard from ol'Rooty!! She closed on her new Hovel yesterday. In the contract it says 'they' have to remove the carpet and haul it away. During the final walk-thru, I saw what was under the carpet.  Are you ready? Your dear Granny/Great Granny might have had it in her new home right after the War...the Big One...World War ll.

 

Unbelievable. It was bright blue floral . Not a cool, retro, folk-art, funky-chic blue floral. No.

I'm thinking the artist at the factory had a seizure after being told his mother died while stabbing his cat but the deadline was fast approaching......
