Tuesday night around 7:00 Im tidying up and putting somethings away in our storage closet.

Forgetting I put a old stove iron...ya those ones that weigh about 5 lbs....fell on my right wrist.

Went to the hospital and badly bruised my bone and tendon.

Its in a soft cast which I can take off and ice at times.

Hard typing left handed..lol...

Im allergic to codeine so they have me on other pain killers...

.wow...70s drug flashback..lol..

So i spent must of day sleepiing and keeping arm up.

Hurts really bad and I never knew bruising a bone could hurt so much.

Excuse if im not around for a day or so...these are powerfull pills and keep sleeping..lol..

Sweet dreams! I've bruised a lot of bones... and broken a few as well. Just make sure you keep icing it, or it will be a lot worst. At least they gave you some good drugs... and you get to take them legally. lol

What a night...hard to sleep with one proped up on pillows.

..ended up in the living room coz coffe table right hight with pillow and I dont hog up all the bed..

lol..

Thank goodness for ice and painkillers..lol..its not broke

but sure feels like it...owww

..going to physio on Tuesday,gotta got this hand back in shape..and the PT here, hes kindda cute.

.lol..time to wear the matching jogging outfit and have the lil white Teeshirt on underneath,..

lol...

Yes lots of ice I have been doing..

.brrr..lol..can move other fingers somewhat ok...but with hitting the tendon to the thumb its still sortta dead.

.lol...slowly getting feeling feels weird..like I fell asleep on it..

Funny watching a Dr poke around ur thumb with a pin

and not really feel it..but physics the brain out

..lol..

sorry to hear about the arm BC, I've never broken an arm or leg myself ... cracked a few ribs once and that was more than enough pain for me lol ... ugh
