A word of advise if you are ever moving.... find out where the newer houses are being built, then find out when the devoper's fiscal year ends... buy a new house that is already finished being built from them a month before that, and they will cut the price by almost 10%... and pay your closing costs.... and pay your realtor. The only reason we were able to get this house is because another military family had it built, then came down on orders to go elsewhere. So, we now have a 4 bedroom, 3 full-bath houme with all kinds of upgrades for less than $120,000. Yay! I should have pictures tonight or tomorrow. |

Great looking house! It's going to look really nice once it's all filled up with furniture and some color .. ps, the room with the window in the closet, that one should be Gothic's room, you know ... cause I get to Texas so often and all LOL ... congrats again on the house! |

great news! yes, once you are in there with all of your stuff... i mean 1/2 of your stuff (you said you're trying to lessen the load!) - add a few plants and you're home! much happiness and good luck in that new home sweet! Dee |

The house is right noutside of San Antonio, TX. I was honestly amazed how cheap land and houses are out there. |

Sweet how awsome for you! The house is cute! What sort of decorating ideas do you have? Are you laying in bed at night seeing yourself in the house and what your going to do in each room? I've already been looking at paint colors, and I also have two full rooms of furniture to buy, since I currently don't have anything to put in the guest room or the great room because we only have one "living space" in the place we're in now. I know I'm going to be spending t he first few weeks we are there doing nothing but painting because all the walls are white. And believe it or not, gothic, I hadn't thought about that yet, but now that you 've put the thought in my head... |

I hear there is a Grande Prairie Texas USA My youngest was born up in Grande Praire Alberta Canada About a 6-7 hour drive Northwest of Edmonton Alberta. Congrats on the house  |

There is a Grand Prarie Texas! Not far from where I live. It is part of Arlington Tx. Grand Prarie is the true Home of Six Flags over Texas as well as the New Cowboys Stadium. It is the "adventure" town of Tarrant county (part of Ft.Worth) |
