I appreciate the thought Snapmare, really I do ... but my precise problem IS that we need trained staff ... if I could just hire a babysitter things would be easy ... but anyone working with Kaden must know about the respitory system, have CPR & First Aid etc ... the nurses that work with Kaden, some with 30+ years of experience still go through a 1-2 day training with a pro and then re-train with me in my home ... it's a real process just getting someone who can do the job correctly ... and honestly ... not alot of people are prepared to work with a terminal infant ... it makes things really tough  at times...
