Oh, I'll be incredibly bitch alright! WTF was the El Paso school district thinking when they decided to give the kids the entire week of Thanksgiving off. As if I don't have enough to do with preparations for Thursday, now I have to do it while my son bounces off the walls. Don't get me wrong. I love Christopher to death, and love having him home with me, but the district has extended school by an hour each day to get the kids more instruction time. They've taken art and music out of the schools so they can have longer reading and math lessons. The worry about state test scores, but they go and do things like this that make me wonder where their priorities are. Okay, I think I'm just going to go curl up in my corner and rock back and forth while banging my head on the wall now.
