Wow, what a predicament.  Begs the question, did she got her diploma in a Cracker Jack Box?  They used to have such cool toys inside.  Seriously though, definately request a replacement who is familiar with Kaden's needs, because it is painfully obvious that this woman is not.  Take care love.
