I agree that it was a really "stuipid" thing to do.  But, obviously, the girl needs help.

Earlier this year, in Orange County California, three 12 year old girls were late for school because they were screwing around.  To get out of any trouble, the girls said they were late because they got sexually molested by a homeless man.  The man was subsequently arrested and sent to prison.  About 6-8 months later, one of the girls confessed that they made up the accusation in order to cover up their tardiness at school.  The man was immediately released, after spending several months in prison.

 

The three little bitches got mere slaps on the wrist... doing community service in "soup kitchens", etc.
