He has made a real a$$ of himself, in my opinion by exposing all he has. He may be right Maybe the people at OSU are crooks but I seriously doubt it. The University of Michigan scandal with the Fab Five just kinda happened, it was a time thing. The guy in Vegas who got booted out, same thing........times a tad different. I may live in the twilight zone but I think that colleges and universities are way too smart to get caught breaking NCAA rules. Of course I didn't think OJ was guilty either. What are your thought s on this Maurice guy? lyn:) |

I think there may be some truth to what he said but also believe it would be wrong to think that it only happens at OSU. I think this kind of thing is much more ramant than we think. All major Colleges are prone for this sort of thing to happen. We'd be naive if we thought it weren't possible. MJ
That Maurice guy...........

It is all supposition on the part of OSU, at this point. The Universities I sited definitely broke tons of NCAA rules. OSU has yet to be proven. Everyone who is a sports' fan knows or should know that all Universities and Colleges are under the scrunity after the "testing" a year ago when athletes from schools all over the country said they has been given money by boosters or a job, etc. In other words numerous NCAA rules were broken. I personally think that some of the rules are arcahic. These kids make millions maybe even billions for these schools but the college athlete can not even have a menial job. What does the NCAA expect them to live on? They get a degree if they finish school. And degrees are bigtime bucks. The contracts are written on an annual basis because many leave the program for the NFL in their junior year. I seriously see no harm in letting the kid "work" to have some pocket change.\ lyn:) |

Its almost impossible to keep it from happening as well. The NCAA cannot be everywhere. MJ
