From where I live, it's about a 12 mile commute (by bus and subway).

Traveling to Picksburgh is a 1400 mile round trip for me and I don't like going there any time other than summer. The last time I was up home was in January and February and I froze my ass off. I never saw temperatures above 24° for 3 weeks.

from home to work its somthing like 1.5 miles and to pittsburgh  between 33-35 miles
