We only have like 80 days b4 the opening game.  Does anyone have any tailgate recipes to share?    So Lee can make some yummy food for the annual tailgate!~

Here is a quick dip and very yummy i may say!! this makes 2 pie tins
2 -8 ounces of cream cheese softened
2-jars of picante sauce not to chunky
chopped tomatoes
chopped green onions
chopped jalpenos opptional
shredded cheddar cheese
 
mix the cream cheese and the picante sauce together, put in pie tins or plates. then layer the rest of the ingredients.
I have also put refried beans as the second layer.

                      Lasagne roll ups
12 lasgne noodles cooked (cover with cold water till you use)
1 pound of cooked and drained ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1 jar of spag sauce
2 cups of ricotta cheese
1 10 ounce frozen spinach thawed and well drained
1/4 cup parm cheese
salt /pepper /garlic
 
pour the sauce and onion and beef in 13x9 pan
mix remaining ingredients, spread about 3 TBLS of the mixture onto drained noodles.
roll up, cut roll in halves. place rolls cut side down in beef mixture, bake at 350 until hot and bubbly about 30 mins.
