¼ c. butter or margarine 1 small onion, chopped 1 jalapeño pepper, minced 1 garlic clove, crushed 1-16oz. can refried beans 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded tortilla chips for dipping In skillet, melt margarine. Add onion, jalapeño pepper, and garlic sauté until tender. Then add refried beans you may want to add a 1-ittle water. Cook and stir over high heat until hot but not boiling. Stir. in cheese until melted. Serve hot with chips. Also, can add more jalapeño's if you like it hotter. |
