                                     Garlic shrimp
mix the marinade in morning or night before in a zip lock baggy, toss the shrimp in so it can marinade on the way to tailgate.

2lbs large shrimp
1 cup oilive oil
2TBLS redwine vinegar
1TBLS tomato paste
1TBLS dried oregano
2TBLS minced garlic
3TBLS chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
fresh pepper

Cook on a preheat grill with little slats so the shrimp doesnt fall threw.
cook 3 min, turn& baste , cook 3 more min, turn &baste 2 more min.
Just don't over cook. should be moist, lightly colored, firm to touch.

LOL. That would be impossible.I had a funny feeling someone would think that. My problem is i watch i that damn food tv , and i get so tired of making the same boring food, so im always looking to do something easy and yummy.
my son wants to go to culinary school, so maybe he can cook and i won't have to, or i'll just get more recipes..lol
If you can have a little girl for me and ship her over here, I'd like that..hehehe
