1/3 cup dry mustard
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup mayo
salt to taste
mix dry mustard and vinegar, over night in fridge.
next day slowly cook egg and sugar salt, until well blended, the add vinegar and mustard mixture. cook until thick. cool then add mayo..
Im telling you this is the best mustard ever!!! It keeps in the fridge for about 2 weeks if you have any left.. never happens....lol
