Well, being italian i MUST give you guys one of the best pasta recipes. This one, called "Carbonara", is a true-Roman one.
 
Pasta: choose "rigatoni" kind, don't know if over there in the Usa you call it this way, but it's the short one.
 
Ok, all you need is one egg per person, bacon, freshly grated parmesan cheese and pepper.
 
Break the eggs into a proper dish and scramble for 5 minutes, until you see a kind of light foam on top. Add salt, pepper and a couple of grated parmesan spoons, scramble again. Heat oil in a pan and add cubed bacon (5/6 minutes). Cook pasta 1 minute less of the time suggested on the box, remove water, then throw pasta again into the cooking pot at low heat, add bacon first, then add the egg you scrambled before and mix it all for 30 seconds while adding other parmesan and pepper. Turn heat off before egg starts cooking, it must remain as a cream, not an omelette (lol) and here you go.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM that sounds soooooooooo good and here Scott (NYSTEELERFANATIC) has been telling me all these years that no traditional breakfast is necessary at a tailgate ' cause breakfast is BEER & CHEERIOS!
 
You would think I would learn:)
