2 pounds of spaghetti  (do not use thin spaghetti or angel hair.)
2 large tomatoes
2 green peppers
2 large cucumbers
2 large bottles of reduced fat italian dressing
1 bottle Mrs Dash.

While the spaghetti is cooking, clean  and prepere vegetables.
The vegies should be chopped pretty small.

The spaghetti needs to be cooked past al dente but not too over cooked.

When the Spaghetti is done drain and rinse under cold water until the spaghetti is cold.

Drain the pasta well after its cool and put it in a LARGE mixing bowl.

add the itallian dresssing and Mrs Dash and mix it well.

Add the chopped veggies

Store covered and refrigerated.

This should stay well in the frig for 3 days.
