Rhubarb Cake

4 Cups Rhubarb-cut up fine
1 Cup Sugar
4 Cups mini-marshmallows
3 Tablespoons Strawberry jello
1 White cake mix, prepared as directed on package

Place Rhubarb in bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle sugar and jello from pkg over the mini-marshallows. Pour prepared cake mix on top layers. Mix together
1/2cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.  Sprinkle on top.  Bake for 1
hour @ 350.
Top with whipped cream & serve.

Rhubarb Cake

1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Shortening (part butter)
1 egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Milk
2 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Soda
2 Cups Rhubarb (cut up)

combine all ingredients, adding Rhubarb just before putting into a 10x13
(9x13) Cake pan. top with 1/2 cup sugar & 1 teaspoon cinnamon (I skip that part) 
Bake @ 375
for 55-60 min.  Top with cool whip & serve.
