    Ingredients

      8 Chicken Pieces
Garlic - As Many As You Want!
      1/3 cup Oil
      6 sprigs Parsley
      1 tablespoon Oregano
1 cup White Wine Or Chicken Broth
      2 1/2 teaspoons Salt
      Black Pepper

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375o.
    Wash and dry the chicken.
Remove the papery skins from the garlic, and leave the cloves whole.
Coat the chicken with the oil.
Place the chicken pieces at the bottom of a heavy casserole and sprinkle with the parsley  and the oregano. Pour the liquid (wine or broth) over the chicken and toss in the garlic.  Sprinkle with the salt and black pepper.
Cover the casserole (if your casserole does not have a cover, then
close tightly with a few pieces of aluminum foil.)
Bake in a preheated oven for 1-1/2 hours.
