loaf pan 9x5x3

 

sift together:

2 cups flour

1/2 cup white sugar

3 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

 

beat together:

1 egg

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cup mashed bananas

 

add to dry ingredients and beat about one minute.....batter  will be lumpy

turn into pan

bake in preheated oven about 65 minutes or until toohpick inserted in center comes out clean

 

sometimes i add a pich of cinnamon and cloves for a different taste...(approx 1/2 tsp of each)
