1 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup drinking chocolate(milo,Nesquick)

1/4 tsp Salt

125gms Melted Butter

1tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 1/2 Cups Flour

1/2 cup Boiling Water

 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into prepared cake tin.Bake at 170 deg C for 20 mins or until cooked.

Ice with choc icing
