Pineapple Cookies
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Oleo (margarine)
2 Eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 teaspoon Lemon
3 Cups Flour (maybe more)
1 teaspoon Soda
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
Bake at 375 for 10 min.
per Grandma's notes - I always double this & use a 20 oz can of pineapple, they freeze well
