We make our border for use for managers to use for posts for their sites, we don't make them for share boards. If anyone would like to add any border to a share board I would expect them to ask and not just snag loads of our stuff then put it on their site to share. We do the requests because we expect you would like them to brighten up your site, play games or do new boards, any of those things is fine, but to request borders so you can just make your share board bigger is not on. Please do not request borders to snag to add to share boards, please don't snag our borders to share without permission (if we're asked we might say yes!). I think multiple requests taking up all our spare time when you don't even need them for our site is out of order. Sorry but I'm a bit fed up about it now. I enjoy doing requests when someone needs it for their group to add a post or something but this is just not on. |

Thanks Both..you have been very helpful to me in the past,and the only things i snag are games and the managers boards,i think its a downright cheek if someone is doing that.....  I know you are both busy with groups and real life and you do your best to help anyone who needs pages for their groups,but i would be furious if that happened to me..  |

Thanks. When I first found out I wasn't sure if I was really angry but I was tired to so wasn't sure if I was being reasonable. This person even took a border that Dizzy made as a request for someone using their photo and added it to their share board!! I hope they remove it as I have written to them. jojo |

I understand your rules on the borders being used on groups and appreciate the one that was made especially for my group with the photo I supplied. It was great. Liz |

thanks everyone. the problem was we found a member was copying borders that i had done on the request thread which were not for sharing at all but made just for that member. and then she was sharing the borders on her group. we appreciate all all members kind words and compliments . we will continue to do requests for all our members . Both JoJo and myself love making borders otherwise we wouldnt of opened this group ! lol. Thanks again to all our members.  |

Yeah, if it had carried on I'm not sure we'd have ever had time to add to the boards or do anyone elses requests.
It was like us setting up a border site but instead of making them just going to another site, using theres and when I wanted something new asking them to do it. Oh well, it takes all sorts and now they've deleted them I've cooled off lol. I was pretty mad on Friday. Like Dizzy said, business as usual now lol. Gotta start thinking about Autumn and Halloween...........then the big border holiday Christmas! |

I understand what you've saying. Just wanted to say thanks again for the great borders you've done for me for my group. You guys do great stuff, and it really brightens up our groups. |

I just love the borders here and I just want to make sure I understand the rules. When I snag a border, I use it myself to say good morning at my garden group or to say happy birthday to someone, but I have never shared one of these borders. I would never think of offering them somewhere else without the owner's permission.
I thought that everyone knew that you just can't give them away when they aren't even yours to give away!!! Am I OK in how I'm using your borders? I'm not a manager, I just use them for myself. Susy |
