Tweety, would you please show me where this verse says anything about Lucifer being in some Garden of Eden other than the one Adam And Eve were in. I have read this word for word, and it simply does not say that, unless you have some other 'kind' of bible.

Here is what you said about this:

No earthly king of Tyre was ever in Eden, as was this angel, nor does this Eden refer to Adam's Eden, although Lucifer was in it also (Gen. 3; 2 Cor. 11:3). The Eden here was a garden in the earth when he ruled in perfection and sinlessness before he fell.

Here is 11Cor. 11:3 ( I see nothing of the sort here. If you do, PLEASE show it to me).

2co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Now one word is said here about Lucifer being in some Garden. Nor does it even imply that some 'angel' was ruling the world in perfection and righteousness. Where is the world does such statements come from? Certainly not the KJV.

Where did Dake get that? Is this how he teaches from the 'word'?.... = just say anything to make it be what you want it to be?

Is this the only kind of proof he has of some lucifer flood or lucifer garden? Of course it is , for no Scripture says these things.

Do you really want truth? Is so, you will have to start accepting only what the Written Scriptures say., not what Dake pretends it says.

Jo

This one has run way down, so I am bumping it back up, hoping Tweety sees this.

Freeborn,
That is why I posted the question on my board. I did not know that there was a garden before Adam and Eve. In order for me to study about the garden from Dake, I would be going into the PRE-ADAMITE THEORY that Dake has.

Let me see what Dake says about 2Cor 11:3

Notes For Verse 3

a [so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ] Here Paul fears for his own converts that they may be turned away from Christ, as Eve was beguiled by Satan to turn away from God.

—Dake's Study Notes

These are the 4 Gardens that are in scripture. I know that you will not agree Freeborn.

Four Gardens in Scripture:

1. Lucifer's garden of Eden before Adam, where sin originated among the angels and pre-Adamites (Ezekiel 28:11-17; Jeremiah 4:23-26).

2. Adam's garden of Eden where sin originated with Adamites (Genesis 2:8-3:24).

3. The garden of Gethsemane where Satan was defeated and the cross assured (Matthew 26:36; John 18:1).

4. The garden of resurrection where Christ triumphed over sin, death, hell and the grave (John 19:38-42; Rev. 1:18).

Hi Tweety.
See, no Scripture teaches this pre-Adamite garden or society.
It is made up because of not studying to find the truth. It is a lack of real revelation.

Now Jer. 4 is a beautiful thing, which I explained in my messages on the Fall of the OT, which is what this is about.

I truly believe that revelation is one of the most glorious things God has ever revealed to anyone. And it was most glorious how God revealed it to me.

But for now, read this:

Jer 4:22 For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.
Jer 4:23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.
Jer 4:24 I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.
Jer 4:25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled.
Jer 4:26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger.
Jer 4:27 For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end.
Jer 4:28 For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black: because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and will not repent, neither will I turn back from it.
Jer 4:29 The whole city shall flee for the noise of the horsemen and bowmen; they shall go into thickets, and climb up upon the rocks: every city shall be forsaken, and not a man dwell therein.
Jer 4:30 And when thou art spoiled, what wilt thou do? Though thou clothest thyself with crimson, though thou deckest thee with ornaments of gold, though thou rentest thy face with painting, in vain shalt thou make thyself fair; thy lovers will despise thee, they will seek thy life.
Jer 4:31 For I have heard a voice as of a woman in travail, and the anguish as of her that bringeth forth her first child, the voice of the daughter of Zion, that bewaileth herself, that spreadeth her hands, saying, Woe is me now! for my soul is wearied because of murderers.

verse 22 goes back to Isa. one. It is showing that the OT people are completely away from God and into idolatry. They had no understanding, same as today. Read Isa. one with this.

v23 is the crufixion of JeSus Christ. REad Isa 53 and it shows this. He was the 'earth' without form and void. This is why I keep telling you the Word of God is spiritual. I pray some day you will understand this, and stop allowing these false teachers to jerk you about to and fro.

v 24 -28 shows the fall of the OT. It was at the time of the crucifixion, when Jesus turned to the NT and Lamentations is fulfilled right here, about the fall of the OT. Everything about that way of life was ABOLISHED at this time, by God.

That is the removing of those mountains and hills and the setting up of the new mountains and hills, the Apostolic church leaders.

v29 is beautiful. (I am hitting this only slightly, for I am too tired right now to do it in full, also I already have all of this in other messages).

but this speaks about the coming of the NT ministers, Peter, Paul, John, James, etc. Those of the OT who knew the truth, ran to these mountains and asked them to 'fall ' on them and hide them from the WRATH which hit the OT at that time.

The others ran to the caves and thickets = false church and decked themselves with their finery -= painted, fancy church buildings.

v31 is the NT church in travail to bring forth the first manchild to God. It is the persecution of that church , beginning with Jesus. Surely you can see this? (and this is why so many hate me; this kind of revelation, which could only come from God Almighty)

Now that is what Dake is calling some pre-Adamite era. It is so wrong, it is a stink in the sight of God and truth.

Study this and let God show you some real glory. Darkness is always confusion.
