2:1

Blow ye the trumpet in Zion,( Now Zion is the true church of God.) and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: ( In other words the holy mountain is God’s true people. Sound this alarm, they should be alarmed, we all should become alarm at the condition that we see the church world today. They are out there playing games, doing all kind of things. Even the Holiness churches will send their children out to play while the service Is going on. That is a sin and disgrace, and any minister that allows the children to do this needs to sat down and hang your head in shame and ask God to raise up a minster because you are not a minster. Childhood is the most important time in all of life to bring children to God. There are very few people that are letting their children have the glory. It is the most wonderful thing to know God as a child and it is in the easiest time for a child to get to know God. If you cheat that child from the service and from hearing the word of God you are destroying that child’s chances of salvation and you should be a shame.) let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

You see it is nigh at hand when you see this desolation in the land. Desolation from not having the word of the Lord, not having the power of the Lord, not having the gifts of the spirit , not having any power of God at work in the land today. This is where we are right now. This world is totally in idolatry. When you look at Easter time and you see the trees decorated with eggs of all different colors, different designs and people getting ready to have Easter hunts, how can you say that this is worship to the living God? You had to worship God in spirit and in truth. You cannot worship God with this kind of foolish mess, you need to wake up people because this is strictly idolatry. You cannot worship the living God with such foolishness.

The Day Of The Lord is at hand- Remember the Day Of The Lord was a day of destruction, a day of darkness and gloominess. See he is describing the day of the Lord. Take note he is not talking about Sunday, he is talking about the day the Lamb pours out his wrath upon this earth.

2:2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: ( Now he is fixing to tell you what this darkness and the clouds are. God’s people preparing for judgment. Everybody thinks that when he said he was coming in the clouds that we are going to be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and they call that some rapture. That is not what he is talking about people. You better wake-up and seethe true language of the Scripture, the symbolism. The clouds represent these people of God, the people of God are these clouds. That means we get caught up with the people of God. Caught up does not mean being snatched up off this earth. It means to be caught up in immortality, caught up into glory.

He said a day of clouds and thick darkness, the reason that it Is thick darkness, we will show you in a minute, how this joins in Revelation with the sixth seal, where the sun turns to darkness, and the moon quits giving out any light. The stars, the true ministers of God quits giving out any light, that is why it is thick darkness. Because God cut off the light. He turn to wrath. You cannot have the grace of God and the wrath of God at the same time, it is utterly impossible. How can God love you when he Is pouring his wrath at the same time? So the day of the Lord is when he pours out his wrath and the reason it is clouds and thick darkness, is because these clouds are the people of God that have been translated. Now we don’t mean caught up off this Earth, we mean caught up into the glory of God. This ministry that is going to know the truth of God and his word. There has to be somebody that does this, but where and who they are I do not know. I do know some that are teaching the word of God like it Is supposed to be taught but there are not many, but there has to be some more. Either right now of father down the road God is going to open somebody’s understanding of his words. Because a great army of God is fixing to go out, and they are going to minister the truth to people. The true Saints of God are going to come to this light. Then the light is going to be cut off from the rest of the people, and there is going to be darkness in the land. The morning spread upon the mountains is these people that comes forth with the baptism of fire. The mountains represent the nations.

Now to prove to you that is what he said the very next words prove to you that he Is talking about somebody.

Still Joel 2:2 - a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. ( There has never been anyone like this group of people and never will. These people are the people down at the end of time that receives the baptism of fire that will be the second witness that Revelation spoke of. First one began with Peter and apostles. They witnessed with the spirit of the Holy Ghost. The second witness is a group of people down here at the end of time that receives the baptism of fire for the purpose of bringing the judgment or the wrath of the Lamb. All right now listen to what these people do.

2:3-A fire ( the baptism of fire, going out with the spirit of fire) devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. ( this is saying that before they went out In judgment that the land was as the garden of Eden, but when judgment comes and he burns mystery Babylon, it will not be that way any more. It will be as a desolate wilderness. He will be too late to want any truth.

Let us put in a word here about the wilderness- A lots of people thinks when he said the woman fled into the wilderness that it means a desolate place but that is not what it means. It is not talking about where she went out into some certain area where she was in danger of. Wilderness means unexplored territory, new territory. They are out there in the word of God, in a place of spiritual understanding that where no one has been before, that is what it is talking about when speaking of the wilderness.

We are in a wilderness right now, the ones that God are showing his truth to. That is the wilderness, understanding of God that no one has ever seen before. You do not hear this in the church system. A matter of fact is that you do not get this understanding unto you come out of that system and into the wilderness. Out here alone. If you do not believe it go back and listen to the messages from the beginning down to now and check all the preachers of the past and the moves of the past. They did not have none of this what we are talking about right now. So this is wilderness territory that we are talking about. They did not have none of this that we are talking about. It is like when the people moved from the East Coast of America to the West Coast, they were exploring the wilderness territory. They were going places that nobody else had never been. Opening it up for the people. This is what is happening right now in the spiritual.

God is giving spiritual understanding that no one has experienced before and he is opening the word and understanding that no one else has had before. You read where Martin Luther broke away from the Catholic Church and started. He did not have no deep mysteries. All he realized was that the just shall live by faith. That is what the man had. Charles Wesley, look at him, he did not have no deep understanding of God words. Look at the Baptist church when it started, they did not have no deep understanding of God words. None of these people have had. They just moved on a little farther with God but they do not go into the deep understanding of God words. They haven’t up until this day. They do not understand God words. How many of you know of anybody that can explain Joel chapter 2? We will prove to you out of God’s words, Scripture after Scripture that what we are telling you is the truth. Because this is where this came from.
