Jer. 31:11. For the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he. 12. Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the Lord, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all. 13. Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow. 14. And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the Lord. 15. Thus saith the Lord; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not. 16. Thus saith the Lord; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the Lord; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy. 17. And there is hope in thine end, saith the Lord, that thy children shall come again to their own border. This speaks of those children who were killed by Herod at the time of the birth of Jesus. See that is shows their resurrection. Then these children coming again to their own border are those children playing in the streets of Jerusalem during this thousand years of peace. Praise our Holy Living God. I fully believe my own dead children will be among these children playing forever. Now to prove that this time of peace is for the whole earth: Is. 14:3. And it shall come to pass in the day that the Lord shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve, 4. That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! The golden city ceased! 5. The Lord hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers. 6. He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth. 7. The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing.

Surely we all know that this has not yet been seen on this whole earth. At REST AND QUIET! Glory! What a wonderful time that will be. I do long for that day. Verse 26 shows that God has purposed to break the Assyrian, which is a type of Satan, out of the whole earth. Once again this shows this time of peace is for the whole earth. Revelation 20:1. And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3. And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. 4. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. 7. And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8. And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. 9. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. 10. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever. Now the above Scripture tells of the time when we will bind Satan and shut him up for the thousand years of peace. Notice that at the end of the thousand years, he will be loosed out of the pit and go out to deceive the nations of this earth one more time. This proves that the thousand years is still full of mortal beings. Only those saints who were resurrected at the beginning of this time period will be immortal. All others will still be in a mortal body. By the fact that the first resurrection takes place at the beginning of this thousand years proves that it is a time still ahead of us. The fact that Satan is not here deceiving any nations during this time also proves that this time did not start with the resurrection of Jesus and those OT Saints. There has never been a time when Satan was not here deceiving people.

REJOICE ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

Notwithstanding in this REJOICE not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather REJOICE, because your names are written in heaven.

Opps, missed part of this verse. so here it is: In that hour Jesus REJOICEd in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.

I go to prepare a place for you. 1Cor. 15:35---But some man will say How are the dead raised up? and with what BODY do they come? v36--Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die: v37--And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that BODY that shall be, but bare (naked) grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain; V38---But God giveth it a BODY as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own BODY. v40---There are also celestial BODIES, and BODIES terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. 11Cor. 3:18---But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. 11Cor. 5:1--For we know that if our earthly HOUSE of this TABERNACLE were dissolved, we have a BUILDING of God, an HOUSE not made with hands, ETERNAL in the heavens. v2---For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our HOUSE which is from heaven; V3---If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. v4--For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be UNCLOTHED, but CLOTHED upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. v6---Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at HOME IN THE BODY, we are absent from the Lord. John 14: 2---In my Father's house are many MANSIONS: In my Father's KINGDOM are many glorified BODIES.

From: joie | Sent: 10/26/2001 8:09 PM | 11Cor. 4:4---In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. Christ -- the IMAGE of God. Col. 1:15--Christ... who is the image of the invisible God, the first born of every creature: v18---And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the BEGINNING, the firstborn from the dead; that is all things he might have the preeminence. Now, here is how Jesus is the beginning: he was the firstborn from the dead; = the resurrection. He was the BEGINNING of sons of God being born in the image of God. This occurs at the resurrection. This is where Jesus is the beginning; not the beginning of the world. Heb. 1: 2---God.... Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; v3---Who being the brightness of his glory, and the EXPRESS IMAGE of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; Christ -- the express image of God. 1 Cor. 12:12---For as the body is one and that many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body; SO ALSO IS CHRIST. V14---For the Body is not one member, but MANY. So, also is Christ--- who is the IMAGE OF GOD. So how say some of ye--- that God is one member? or two? or three?
