I have been thinking on this matter.  Everyone says that heathens claim  a god of more than one entity.  I ask,  WHICH ONE?

Where is any idol which claims to be a MANY  MEMBERED  KINGDOM?

Do any of you know of such an idol?  If so,  please give us the name and history of such an idol.

I really do not know of one.  Baal  is singular,  right?  Murdock  is singular,  right?
Malcome was singular,  right?
the fish god,  same.
queen of heaven,  same.

If any of you know of a different one........one which claims to be a MANY  MEMBERED  KINGDOM,  UNITED IN PERFECT LOVE    HARMONY    CHARITY    EQUALITY,  ETC.  ( WHICH OUR TRUE GOD IS)....THEN PLEASE GIVE THAT IDOL'S NAME TO ME.

I say the true and only living God,  the holy Creator,  is  THE  ONLY  ONE.  HE IS NOT LIKE THE HEATHENS GOD WHICH IS SINGULAR.

The entire church world says that our God is either  1  or  3.  They  claim that he is different from idols in this matter........that idols are of multiple entities.  I ask,  WHICH ONE?  I know of none.   What idol claims a full kingdom of perfectly united beings?  I know of none.  So I say our God is the one which is a many membered kingdom.

I say the church world is in full ERROR AND IGNORANCE OF THE TRUE GOD.  Some idols claim a trinity, but none claim a full kingdom, united in perfect love and harmony.

Case rested.
Jo

well, I am interested in this.  Never heard this one before.  I hope someone knows this answer.  Were any idol gods called a kingdom of idols?  Interesting question.  I do not know the answer.

Maybe eelya knows.  She knows a lot of this kind of stuff.

This is certainly something to ponder and think on.  I have heard many appologetics comparing the many gods of heathens to our one god in order to say God is just one.  But I can see what you are saying here.  Even though they might have more than just one god, each of these gods is still made up of just one one.  As you said, Baal is just one.
So to compare our God to this, would be saying he is like them.  The idea of a full kingdom of beings united in perfect love, as you say, is something marvelous to comprehend.  It certainly is not in our world.

It is surely a high ideal to try to obtain.  would be wonderful to live in such a world.
