That is exactly right, Tweety.  The word 'flesh', here, is not speaking about the human body.  this is where the world has been misled and are misleading everyone they can.

It is a total lack of studying the Word of God and just listening to the false teachers, both past and present.

No where is Jesus called the Word of God.  His NAME, which means his power or authority, is called the Word of God.  This does not mean that the human man, whom Mary gave birth to, is the word.  It means that his power came from the Word of God.

God said,  I will put my  WORDS into his mouth, and He shall speak all that I command him.  so his every word was the COMMANDS of God.

Jesus verified this by saying,  The WORD that I speak is NOT MINE, BUT THE FATHER'S WHO SENT ME.

Dovey, nothing you have said proves that Jesus is the eternal word of God.  He was not a son in heaven before his birth, for he did not exist before his birth.

The WORD of God is what existed, eternally.  THE WORD of God was IN THE BEGINNING, BECAUSE GOD PUT IT INTO HIM.

Jesus is called THE BEGINNING.  He is not called the Word.

the Word was in Jesus.  The Word which Jesus spoke, is the flesh, the spiritual  FOOD, (flesh)  which we must EAT IN ORDER TO HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.

The reason my words seem strange to you, is that you have failed to study the Word for yourself.  You only go on what your dead, false church teaches you.

Do you believe there is any difference between   GOD and his son, Jesus?

Does it seem strange to you that there is a difference between God and Jesus?

If not,  why should it seem strange to think there is a difference between the Holy Spirit, (of the OT)  and the Holy Ghost,  (of the NT)?

And if you think  the Holy Spirit is the spirit working in the NT age, show it to me.  If you think the Holy Ghost was working in the OT, show it to me.

Stop going on what false teacher claim.  Go by what is written in Scripture.

If Jesus were the WORD, then tell me, how did God put his Word into the mouth of Jesus?  You mean that God put Jesus into the mouth of Jesus?

Now that is what should seem strange to you.

Especially in the face of the fact that Jesus NEVER ONE TIME CLAIMED TO BE THE WORD OF GOD, NOR DID HE EVER CLAIM TO BE GOD.

Now, again, I ask, who mothered the Son of God, who (you say), was in heaven before Jesus was born?

I have certainly never denied that Jesus was conceived in the womb of Mary, by the working of the Holy Ghost.  Where did you get such an idea?

Jo
