~~ The Kingdom Seed ~~ 12/15/1996
Today is Monday, Nov. 21, 2005. I am typing a short message which I hand-wrote back in 1996. It was a beautiful Sunday morning. Today as I studied my old notebook, I came across this and decided to type it up.
This is a beautiful, sunny day. It is also a beautiful Sunny day in God. Before I arose this morning, God gave me a great revelation. I was thinking of planting a garden and this came from God: as a seed, any tiny seed, say Okra seed-- goes into the ground, then takes of the nourishment of the earth and a stalk comes up out of that seed, then it goes on to flower. It is one of the most beautiful blooms on earth. Then it goes on to become mature Okra. Then it goes into our bodies, becomes part of us and lives on into eternity. So that tiny seed became a full mature Okra. ALL that Okra is, that seed became, and went on into eternity.
This is the revelation God gave me: Mt 13:31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
Mt 13:32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
The Kingdom of Heaven is like a grain of mustard seed. When it is sown into our heart (field), it grows up (in us) and becomes a full grown TREE. The Kingdom is the Tree of Life. Satan’s Kingdom is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. See, Kingdoms are likened unto trees. So, we sow the seed, or the Word of God, into our mind by reading and hearing the Word. Then, (the parable of the pearl of great price), we sell ALL that we have. This means we give up all our own, fleshly things or desires, and go whole-heartedly after God. So, the Seed (Word), grows in us = it puts up the stalk, then the flower, and fruit, until we become the ‘Kingdom�?
This means ALL that the Kingdom is, we become. That is why Jesus said, The Kingdom of God is WITHIN you. Also, The kingdom is at hand - meant He, standing there before them, WAS the Kingdom. All that the Kingdom was, he had in him. All that He did was the Kingdom expressing or manifesting itself. It was right before them, healing, multiplying food, walking on water, stopping storms etc. Glory!
All that he did and was, we can (and should) become by “selling all WE have�?(all that I, fleshly, am) and taking His Seed (Word) into me so much that it grows UP in me, to become a Tree, (the Kingdom). Glory!
Me, walking around, (the Kingdom of God) here on earth, before men, the Kingdom at hand, in me. Who wouldn’t give up all that We have to obtain that?
God was Life. He gave the Son, Jesus, to have the same LIFE in Himself. So, all that God (kingdom) was, Jesus also was. Then Jesus gave us to have LIFE in ourselves. So all that Jesus was, we become, all of us become a ‘tree of life�? able to impart life to someone else. But it all comes from God. Cut off from them, we cannot do it.
Peter, Paul and the others were ‘trees of LIFE�?walking around, healing, raising the dead, working miracles, etc. Because they ‘sold all that they�?themselves had, (does not mean like selling our house, car, etc). It means giving up My OWN way of life to live His way. Then, by ‘feeding�?on His Word, IT grows up in me until I become like Him = a Tree of life, able to bring others to life = him! The kingdom in me, expressing itself in all I do. The reason we do not see this today is people are holding on to themselves. Our own ways of doing, living, cuts off the growth of that ‘seed�? So it does not mature in us.
When Jesus gave Peter the ‘keys�?to the Kingdom (Matt. 16:19), so Peter could ‘bind�?or ‘loose�? it gave Peter the understanding of the Word, so it matured in Peter, Then Peter could do the same things Jesus did. Jesus did the same things God did. They want each of us to grow up and become another ‘tree of life�?and do the things they do. When Jesus said (Matt. 17:20), “if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, (see, this is the Kingdom Seed = the Word in us), ye shall say to a mountain move, and it will obey you. See, we have the Kingdom Seed in us, so the kingdom manifests itself in us by causing the ‘mountain�?to remove and go somewhere else.
Matt. 16:24-28.. Jesus said we must deny our self, take up our cross and follow him. Now all of our crosses are not the same cross. But whatever it cost ME to follow Jesus is my cross. Each person must come to see what ‘their�?cross is and gladly bear it for Him. For is we seek to save ‘our own way�?of life, we will lose it. But if we lose ‘our�?own fleshly life, for His sake, to do his will, then we will find our spiritual, eternal life. This is what it means to “sell all we have and purchase that pearl of great price.�?/FONT>
In order to lose your own life, and take up his life, you must sanctify your own life and home unto God. Jesus said the Word is what cleanses and sanctifies us. So then we must study the Word, learn it, and be willing to obey it completely. If we fail to do this, then that ‘seed�?of the Kingdom will not mature in us and we will not grow up into that mature Tree of Life. We will then become one of those dead branches which wilts and does not bear fruit. Jesus said to cut off the dead branches and burn them in the fire. So see, then, it is a choice to either take up your cross and follow Jesus, allow that seed to grow up in you, or to become a worthless branch which does not mature and bear fruit. Then you will be pruned off the ‘tree�?and thrown into the fire and destroyed.
Jesus said I am the vine (tree) and ye are the branches. The branches are a vital part of any tree. Without branches the tree has no way to put out the fruit. See then that Jesus is that Tree of Life. So by the same token, the branches on that tree are also the Tree of Life. Proverbs says that a wholesome tongue is a tree of life. This means that one has the pure truth of that seed word inside them. It also refers to the Holy Tongue which comes with the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. By one Spirit are we all BAPTIZED into ONE body. That one Body is that Tree of Life. So then you cannot be in that tree without the Holy Ghost. So the tongues is necessary.
Now let’s examine the ‘fate�?of both these kinds of ‘branches�?
Isa 66:14 And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies.
Thos who ‘see�?the truth and obtain the Kingdom Seed into themselves are the one who shall rejoice and flourish like that HERB, THAT MUSTARD TREE, which is the Kingdom.
Isa 66:15 For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. 66:16 For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many. 66:17 They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD. 66:18 For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory.
Now notice that the ‘fruitless�?branches are those spoken of here. They will be burned up with the fire of his jealousy. This is the same fire coming out of the mouths of his witnesses devouring their enemies. Their enemies are those spoken of in verse 17. They attempt to sanctify themselves and purify themselves behind one tree in the midst, eating swine’s flesh, and the abomination and the mouse. Now this tree is that other Kingdom, the Law. It is the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil. This actually started back in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve. They established law there and sought to sanctify themselves via the blood of animals. God has always hated this. God hates that law. (Know that it is not the law of God, which means God’s every Word. It means being under the Ten Commandment law or bondage.)
Eating the swine’s flesh means eating Satan’s words, or law. The abomination and the mouse mean the very same thing. It is the law which makes one desolate or an abomination. It is an abomination to God for one to take up the blood of animals and attempt to sanctify themselves this way. This is doing despite to the blood and grace of Jesus. It has never been an accepted method of sanctification to God. All who place themselves back under that law today fit into this same group of those seeking to sanctify themselves behind that tree in the midst. See that God said all who do this will be consumed. That is the burning of those pruned-off branches. It starts with Adam and ends with the last sinner who refuses to come into the body via the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. This is the only means of being cleansed by the blood of Jesus. You must come into Grace, or be lost.
All who partake of the foolish doctrine of the new agers or any other groups who hold that they do not need God, they are sufficient themselves, join into this same group of those seeking to sanctify themselves. They will all be consumed together.
Verse 18 is speaking of the New Covenant at Pentecost, where the entire world was brought into the Kingdom and given a chance to live for God and grow up into that Tree of Life. Notice again he said I will gather all nations and tongues, and they shall come and see my glory. This was accomplished through the Apostles and their preaching to the whole world the gospel of Jesus Christ. They sowed that Kingdom Seed into the hearts of all who heard them. Then it was up to the converts to nourish that seed by studying the Word and living a Godly, Holy life. Those who do this will become a fruitful branch on that Tree of Life. That mustard Seed becomes a full grown tree with many branches on it.
If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. He is now fit for the Kingdom of God. The kingdom is in you. It is at hand. It is maturing all around you. It is going to impart life to many others who will obey and come into the New Testament way of salvation. (Acts 2). There is no other way. Will you cling to law, that abomination, that swine’s flesh, and be lost. Or will you eat the flesh of Jesus (the Word of God) and allow that seed to mature in you into a fruitful branch on that Tree of Life? If not, you will be taken and cast into the fire and burned up.
Which do you choose today? You must make a choice. Either cling to law and be lost or come into Grace without the works of the law, and receive the Holy Ghost into yourself and live. Why will you die? Why sit idly by the wayside until you die and perish eternally? Come into Grace today. There is only one way to do this. (Acts 2:38). Repent and be baptized in water for the remission of sins and be filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in the unknown tongue. If you refuse, hell awaits you.
