Psa. 48:14 O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. Isa. 25:1 The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance, and of my cup. Psa. 16:5 He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness, for his name's sake. Phil. 4:5 The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. I Thes. 4:16-18 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly; Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. Rev. 22:20 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. II Pet. 3:14 Abstain from all appearance of evil. Rom. 3:22 He hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. II Cor. 5:21 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. Gal. 3:13 Who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. I Cor. 1:30 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour. For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. Heb. 13:13, 14 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: but rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. I Pet. 4:12, 13 As ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation. II Cor. 1:7 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the Spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. Heb. 12:1, 2 If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. Luke 9:23 Whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. Luke 14:33 Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness. Rom. 13:12 Every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. Love that about God will be our guide unto death.  never thought of that before.  that is very comforting to think that God will guide us unto death.  will not have to go there all alone.
