Hi Dan, Lovely to hear from you. So pleased you like the dark lilacs. My dads favourites. When he died I took some cuttings and planted them onto some waste ground. The are lovely young trees now.

 

Have not been able to do too much lately. Michael is back and forth from the hospital. Since before Christmas his back has been very bad again. They said fourty years ago...inoperable.  Now.... After MRI scan the verdict is the same. They cannot operate.  If they do very unlikely he will walk again. They are looking to see if they can try something else. 

 

I think my ' stuff is'  certainly going around....lol!  I have some pieces on my camera to sort out. One picture is of an amazing pink rose!

I hop your health is not giving you too many problems. 

We had a long weekend break up in Durham a week or so ago. That was really lovely. I never realised just how beautiful Durham is....Bonus! The weather was nice too!
