I for one am not recognizing Nascars pathetic (gift) ruling especially after Stewart even admits he forced him below the yellow line.

A few drivers have stated post race that Nascar was wrong based on what was talked about in the drivers meeting pre race.

Isn't this the 2nd time in the last 2 years that the driver who crossed the checkered first was not the winner?

For their next circus act, they will be hiring Vince McMahon.

Everyone relax, NASCAR just flip flops on their
decisions, kinda like John McCain.

I love Heltons statement, "a percentage of our drivers misunderstood the rule that was talked about during the drivers meeting" lol

Kenny Wallace seemed fairly adament that Nascar told them that on the last lap "anything goes".

You got to love how every rule is a "gray area" rule so Nascar can interpret it to their liking.

He states NASCAR viewed the video and Tony didn't force him down...even though Tony admits on national tv he forced him down.

Similar situations have happened 6 times since the rules inception, and heres a surprise, the call always went the way of the "elite, money drawing, big sponsor" driver.

I bet Regan is kicking himself for not attempting that pass on the outside, which would have left no room for controversy.

If I'm Ragan, I wreck Tony just for the hell of it next time I have a chance.

I thought the ruling was that Smith made his move below the yellow line before
Stewart made a blocking attempt.

No, the way I seen it, Smith had a fender under Stewart when he chopped him pff. Remember the Pepsi 400 in '01, Lil E did it on the back straight and 9 different drivers questioned that and we know how that went.
And why would this out of bounds shit not apply during qualifying. Almost every driver was into the grass on the dog leg?????

Smith definitely was forced below the yellow. I think he got screwed over, especially getting put back to 18th which made it even worse.

In other news, Harvick and Edwards scuffled today at Lowes. Cousin Carl was upset about being called a pansy for hanging in the back all day and then causing a wreck.
