This afternoon will continue to be chilly and a bit blustery.......with highs ranging from about 46 around Fairfield, IL to about 53 near Doniphan, MO and Dyersburg, TN. Low clouds will be increasing as well....especially in parts of Southeast Missouri and Southern Illiinois. Winds NW 10-20 and a bit gusty.
Tonight will become mostly clear and cold. Freeze Warnings and freeze watches are in effect for the entire area for tonight and Tuesday morning.
The wind is woofing through and it got a lot cooler - well, it was this morning - but I've been outside most of the morning in a tshirt and a pair of Tims boxer briefs.....as long as my shirt cover the wienie flap they look like shorts! lol
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr cold here this morning but the next week should be warming up. Just a little taste of winter for us I guess. Yikes!!! They say it is going to be a bad winter!! The persimmons had a spoon on the inside!!! Yikes!!
Oh brrrrr. Its cold here this morning too! Tim woke me up this morning when he turned off my fan. I was griping about him turning it off and he said "Its 64 degrees INSIDE -- you CAN'T be hot!" Wrong oh wizened one!! I have my own private summer in ALL temperatures!!
I ran out to the motor home to get Tim's jacket -- in my cutoffs. By the time I got back in I had goosebumps on my legs!!
